Internet speeds are not guaranteed and are dependent upon line condition and distance from the serving office. Prices quoted are subject to change based on current tariff rates.
Using the Internet requires a router. There are 2 options when signing up for Triangle Internet.
Option 1: Lease a router from Triangle. Includes a monthly fee of $25 billed to your account. Includes free 24/7 Technical Support. Triangle retains ownership and will replace as necessary except in cases of misuse. $100 charge applies when router is no longer in service for any reason including service termination or equipment replacement. The charge will be credited when the equipment is returned in good condition within 30 days.
Option 2: Provide your own router. Note that Triangle Technical Support personnel are unable to troubleshoot or provide support for non-Triangle provided routers
Account holder agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions Customer agrees to keep service active for 6 months at the same location. Upon failure to retain services for six (6) consecutive months at the same location, the account holder will be billed a $25 early termination fee + tax.
