Account holder agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions Customer agrees to keep service active for 6 months at the same location. Upon failure to retain services for six (6) consecutive months at the same location, the account holder will be billed a $25 early termination fee + tax. All services are billed one (1) month in advance with a one (1) month minimum period. The Triangle Communications Net Neutrality Policy can be found here.

Advanced Wi-Fi is included in this plan. I agree to continue my Advanced Wi-Fi service for a minimum of 6 months. Failing to do so will result in a $100 cancellation fee. If canceling my Advanced Wi-Fi service, I agree to return all Advanced Wi-Fi equipment to Triangle Communications within 30 days. Failing to do so will result in a $250 fee for the router and $100 for each additional Wi-Fi Extender. I agree to keep a minimum Internet Speed of 25Mbps. 

BY SIGNING BELOW, you acknowledge that you have received information about the limitations of your phone service in the event of a power failure and have received information about the option to purchase a backup battery to maintain your service’s function during a power outage. You understand that without a backup power source, your phone service, including your ability to dial 9-1-1, will not function during a power outage. You also understand that even with a battery backup, your talk time during a power outage will be limited by multiple factors, including the condition of the battery at the time of the outage.
