CEO Message - Sept/Oct 2025
We're excited to announce that this year's Annual Meeting will take place at the Triangle Communications Complex in Havre on Tuesday, October 14.
The Annual Meeting is one of our favorite traditions. This year it’s on a Tuesday; in order to drive a higher attendance, the Board of Trustees is going to try a meeting in the middle of the week. We will still provide lunch and prizes, and it will be held on our Triangle campus. Please come to our meeting and hear from your fellow members. We will share updates about the work we’ve been doing and celebrate the progress we’ve made at the Cooperative. It’s also a great way for you to meet our team and ask questions about Triangle.
This year’s meeting includes our Board of Trustee’s elections for Districts 1, 2, and 6. You can read the candidate bios on our website. Ballots were mailed out in August and must be returned by October 9th to be counted. This year we are using a company called Survey and Ballot to help with our election. When you receive your ballot and notice book, please review it. We also truly appreciate the members who participate by mail who can’t make it to the meeting. It’s a simple yet powerful way to have your voice heard and play an active role in the Cooperative.
In addition to the Annual Meeting, we’re also having our Bits & Bytes events. These events have been extremely popular with our members. We try to find two-member high schools playing each other in football and give back to members who attend these events. They are attended by several employees and trustees, which gives members who are unable to attend the Annual Meeting in person an opportunity to connect with those of us at Triangle. We’d love for you to join us at one of the two high school football games to chat with our staff and board members and enter to win great prizes like a ¼ beef, ½ pig, bill credits and more!
