Terms and Conditions

Account holder agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions. Customer agrees to keep service active for 6 months at the same location. Upon failure to retain services for six (6) consecutive months at the same location, the account holder will be billed a $25 early termination fee + tax. All services are billed one (1) month in advance with a one (1) month minimum period. The Triangle Communications Net Neutrality Policy can be found here.

The undersigned hereby consents for telecommunications services from, and grants Triangle Communication System, Inc. dba Triangle Communications, access to the property and premises at the address above to install, operate, repair, maintain, replace and remove lines, wires, cables and related telecommunications equipment and to establish service to and for such premises.

If taking Advanced WiFi, I agree to continue my Advanced Wi-Fi service ($14.99/month) for a minimum of 6 months. Wi-Fi extenders are available for $5 per extender.  Failing to do so will result in a $100 cancellation fee. If canceling my Advanced Wi-Fi service after 6 months I agree to return all Advanced Wi-Fi equipment to Triangle Communications within 30 days. Failing to do so will result in a $250 fee for the router and $100 for each additional Wi-Fi Extender. I agree to keep a minimum Internet Speed of 12Mbps.
